screen cases for merit; organize summarize, and interpret medical records; identify applicable standards of care and deviations from standards of care; timeline, chronological, summary, and narrative reports; conduct literature searches and integrate findings into case analysis; analyze the validity and reliability of research referenced by all parties; prepare questions for interrogatories, depositions, direct and cross examinations; interview clients, witnesses, and experts and prepare them for trial; assist in the discovery process and identify missing records; develop life care plans and more
Testifying Expert: $350/hr
deposition with 4 hour minimum, trial with 8 hour minimum.
Travel Expenses: TBD
includes hotel stays, meal reimbursement, and mileage.
Required Retainer: $750
